Ambar's signature cocktail offering, crafted with local herbs, roots, and barks, draws inspiration from ancient Ubud medicinal practices. The coconut-aged cocktails, served table side, provide an immersive experience that connects guests with Bali's natural bounty. The bar's exclusive house-made vermouth, infused with native botanical, further showcases the bars dedication to multi-generational practices and its craftsmanship.
Set within the lush rainforest landscape overlooking the Ayung River, Spirits of the Ubud Jungle brings together an international lineup of acclaimed bars to explore a shared creative journey inspired by Bali's natural abundance. Hosted by Ambar Ubud Bar and Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, the experience encourages a deeper connection between nature, place, and craftsmanship.
