The new outdoor wooden deck takes a scenic moment to a new level overlooking the abundant lush forest of Mandapa village during the golden hour. Accommodating up to 60 people, Ambar is a celebration of the rich flavors of Bali paired with the traditional beverage and culinary techniques of Japan. It is a destination to explore the re-imagined creativity behind the handcrafted cocktails and Japanese fusion gastronomy.
Ambar's signature cocktail offering, crafted with local herbs, roots, and barks, draws inspiration from ancient Ubud medicinal practices. The coconut-aged cocktails, served table side, provide an immersive experience that connects guests with Bali's natural bounty. The bar's exclusive house-made vermouth, infused with native botanical, further showcases the bars dedication to multi-generational practices and its craftsmanship.
